Order Help

Our shopping cart consists of three main steps.

1. Add Products: Find the product you wish to purchase then click "Add to Cart". To check the status of your order, scroll to the top of any page, and click "Checkout".

2. Order Review & Shipping: Once you have added everything you wish to purchase click on "Checkout", at the top of any page, and enter your shipping information and method. Click "Update Order" to calculate shipping.

3. Checkout: After your shipping charges have been calculated, click "Checkout >>" at the bottom of the order review page. You will be taken to our secure server to finish placing your order. Enter your shipping and billing address, then click "Continue >>". Enter your payment information and click "Submit Order". Once your order is processed, you can review and print your reciept, an email reciept will also be sent to the email address you provided.

RETURN POLICY
Greg Olsen Gallery will accept returns under certain conditions:

1.  If it is returned within two weeks from date of purchase.

2.  If it is in sellable condition.

3.  If it was a mistake made on our part.

4.  If you do not like the product you ordered, you will be refunded the merchandise total but not the shipping–and you will be responsible for the shipping to return the item(s) back to us.

DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY
Greg Olsen Gallery will accept responsibility for damaged product if there was damage done while shipping--- if certain conditions are followed:

1.  Do NOT throw away the original box and contents. UPS will need everything that was shipped to you.

2.  After we are contacted–we will contact UPS and they will come back to your residence for a pick up. Once again–they MUST have all original contents and it must be taped back up and ready for pickup.

3.  Contact Olsen Gallery & Gifts as soon as the merchandise arrives. If it is a gift–PLEASE open the box to make sure it was not damaged–and let us know if it is. No merchandise will be accepted for return after a 2 week period. Our phone number is (208) 888-2585.

4.  We will ship you another item to replace the damaged one as soon as all paperwork is in order.
